BSOD and computer almost useless help please

I'm posting this from a laptop my PC almost freezes immediately now. At certain points the Windows 7 cant start immediately and takes me to windows start up repair. I am uploading several pics of the blue screen and start up repair.

Hi, we can help you find the problem but please read this first then attach 5 or 6 minidumps to this post so we can put them in the Windows debugger and see what the problem is.

Windows explorer restarts everytime

Windows explorer restarts now. How would I be able to create the minidumps and retrieve them using the command line to upload them? I can create them but then it fails.

You can't create them Windows makes them when it crashes and puts them in the C>Windows>Minidump folder.

Misunderstood

I understand windows makes them i enabled windows to create the minidumps instead and now the explorer shuts down before i can open the file even in safe mode. I was going to try to save it to something quickly but now it just constantly says restarting windows explorer and it does so.
