BSOD and more, progressively getting worse

Hello, I have a Windows 7 system that has had bluescreen problems and appcrash problems for years, But has recently gotten so bad I quit using it... System Configuration is

Windows 7 Ultimate SP1
AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4Ghz
8GB's Ripjaw Gskill DDR3 1333Mhz
Biostar TA870+ R5.2
Radeon HD 6850 2GB, Corsair TX650watt psu.
64GB SSD / 2TB HD.

I have had so many different kinds of blue screens it has driven me nearly insane, I have only recently started to keeping a log.
THINGS I HAVE TRIED:
Harddrive Error scans, Other Videocards/drivers, RAM tests/ Using each RAM Module Individually, Other harddrives.
Nothing seems stops randomly occurring bluescreens/App crashes

Used to happen once/twice a month, Now up to 3-4 times in a day. recently 3 times in 5 minutes...
Things that have happened.
BSOD's Usually with the black scratchy screen that I have come to be familiar with RAM issues.
WSOD, A white screen a few times.
System Freezes, often times the system freezes in OS.
DQS training failed, resetting RAM to lower speed" error after post..
system Freezes in BIOS window (only after some BSODs)
APPCRASHES, Ranging from web-browsers, Skype, FlashPlayer, Videogames, and Explorer.exe
