BSoD error 0xc00000021a

Hello, my name is Anthony. Currently, I am using the Acer Nitro 5 with Windows 10 and it is only two months old. Thing is, after a critical update I got a BSoD error (0xc0000021a). I have tried many options, including commands such as dism and chkdsk but nothing seems to work. The dism command (cleanup-image /restorehealth) comes up with an error and chkdsk does its job but I still get the BSoD. I even tried to restore to a previous point and delete everything on my pc (factory reset) but the reset fails as it seems that there is a problem to complete it. Safe mode will also not work as it instantly provokes the same BDoS. And automatic repair won’t work and it shows this file, srttrail (or something similar). Any ideas? Last resort is to take it to the store where I bought it from. I don’t mind losing all data in order to fix my pc from my home.
