BSOD/NTLDR is missing

Hi. First - Sorry for my bad english i'm only 12 years old :D. I have a problem.Around two months ago on i see on my laptop a blue screen (stop: 0x00000024 (0x00190444, 0x85CFD2F8, 0xC0000102, 0x00000000)). On laptop i have windows VISTA. I have a windows XP CD but on laptop a cd driver is ''crashed''(Again sorry for my bad english xD). I read i can put on my USB windows xp by wintoflash. But when i end and started my broken computer with usb i see '' Ntldr is missing''. I tried http://tinyempire.com/notes/ntldrmoreinfo/usbscreenshots.htm that, but when i end and press y i see a error "Windows has disabled direct disk access to protect your long filenames.
To override this protection, see the LOCK /? command for more information. The system has been halted. Press Ctrl Alt Del to restart your computer.". When i restart computer i saw again ''ntldr is missing''. Please help and very sorry for my bad english :) Thanks
