BSOD: ntoskrnl.exe + amd_sata.sys

After trying many times to make sense of the overloading amount of information that bluescreenviewer gave me I got a headache and gave up.

When I boot my pc IF I move the mouse during or a few seconds after the desktop loads it BSODS, this has also occurred a couple of times while watching flash videos. This sounded like a problem with the graphics card to me but every reference to this problem points to the RAM.

Thoughts? (MiniDumps Below)

Ok so I ran memtest and received an error so I sent back the ram and recieved an advanced replacement (What service!) However after about 3 days the damn bsod returned again, identical to the previous ones. Now I have no clue what the problem is.

Did Memtest86 run clean this time? AMD_SATA.Sys is an AHCI 1.2 Device Driver. This is pat of your motherboards device drivers or Chipset drivers
