BSOD on Windows 7

i think my computer is screwed.

windows 7 64 bit home


when i log in, all i receive is a black screen

when i press control - alt - delete i get the normal screen

when i press start task manager, it goes back to the black screen and a dialog box comes up saying

the application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) Click ok to close the application

if i click ok it goes back to the black screen

i think i did some registry hacks or changed some system files in system 32 folder im not too sure

yes, came with w64 bit windows 7 home

btw ive booted in safe mode, tried system repair all no avail

when i boot in safe mode - same thin as normal startup

when i use system repair, i thinkit totally skips it and just goes to normal bootup

same with the other options i choose when i press f8 before the windows logo comes up

but prolly only resort

are there any other methods cos ive got a lot of data id wanna save
