BSOD, please help

Hi, I would like some help please. Everytime I turn on my computer it restarts before it can boot up. So I can't even go into safe mode, or use start windows normally because it will just restart. I got the hold of the BSOD error which is 0X0000007E (0XC0000005, 0X8050ED93, 0XF894D3B8, 0XF894D0B4). I tried Google-ling the error but no search results came up. Anyone know the problem? I am using Windows XP SP2 on a dell computer. Could it be because my free space is low? ( in the 2 digit Megabytes)
