Hi-

I have a client with a Dell Inspiron 600m Pentium M 1.4GHz, 768MB Ram, XP Pro sp2.

She keeps getting BSOD errors with ***STOP: 0x0000000A indicatiion, but it never tells me a file name, so it is difficult for me to narrow down which driver or program, etc..

Enclosed are some dumps.

If solmeone can take a look, I would be very grateful.

Best Regards,

Dave

All minidumps point to the same driver: w70n51.sys which is an Intel PRO/Wireless LAN Driver - for their Intel PRO/Wireless LAN Adapter.

Either you need to uypdate your drivers from DELL for your laptop or you need a new wireless card.

Thanks

Thanks so much, I will give this a try and post feedback/results. Much appreciated.

Best Regards,

Dave

All fixed

Thanks so much for the excellent help, the laptop has been running a week without incident.

Very much appreciated.

Best Regards,

Dave
