BSOD when streaming videos

Hello! First time posting. Read a ton of threads about BSOD when streaming videos, but still cant figure out whats going on with my computer. Every time I stream a video online, my computer crashes within a few minutes (using Firefox). It is perfectly fine when I do anything else. The screen will flash and glitch, then I get the infamous blue screen saying it's dumping physical memory and then reboots. I've ran memtest for 6-7 passes without errors.

Computer specs:
Intel Core2 Quad Q6600
AMD Radeon HD 4890 graphics card
Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit, SP2
Avira Antivirus

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Here are my last 5 minidump files:

All errors are the same 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR
This indicates that an attempt to reset the display driver and recover from a timeout failed.

In all five the same video card driver atikmpag.sys is cited as the cause of your issue.

I suggest doing the following...

1. Download Driver Sweeper free version to your desktop screen and install.

2. Download the latest diver(s) for your video card but don't install them.

3. Uninstall your video card drivers and reboot your PC into Safe Mode. Run Driver Sweeper but ONLY for the video card drivers. I had someone use it on their chipset drivers! If it doesn't find any video card drivers that is quite okay; just leave all other drivers alone.

4. Reboot and install new video card drivers.
