BSOD within the first 30 minutes when PC starts up

I keep getting random restart and BSOD during the first 15-30 minutes or so when I startup a PC. After running a while, the PC will become stable and no issues running it for the rest of the day.

It's getting annoying as this happens almost everyday now. Sometimes it comes with BSOD, most times just restarting on its own. Not sure if it's PSU, RAM, HDD or maybe even the Motherboard.

I did do a memtest for about 12 hours without any errors.

Can any gurus help?

Thanks a lot in advance!

Go to C:\windows\minidump. Minidump files have a .dmp extension. Select all the files with a .dmp extension. Right-click and send the files to a compressed(zipped)folder. Upload that folder as a file here

You most likely have a bad memory module, that heals itself after warming up... Change the memory
