I would suggest going for a larger PSU. I also think you might be spending more than you need to on the keyboard and mouse. Everything else looks pretty nice.

The PSU is more than enough.
What I would recommend is to get a better B350, if you want to overclock. The B350 Fatal1ty is one of the best.
