Inactive Bugs in laptop

I have been trying to re add antivirus from downloaded versions just to have something on the laptop but the messages from 'windows security centre' pop up everywhere and over-ride any efforts and wont let anything happen. I did run stopzilla and found about 50 infections but it is a version that will only find them - not fix them

Thanks Broni
I did read that set of instructions but I will be surprised if I can do that due tot he messages from windows security centre popping up everywhere which even stops the internet browser opening to download anything in thwe first place
I am very much a novice so will see how I go.
cheers - Rod

Try to restart in Safe Mode with Networking and see, if you can operate your computer better from there.

Start with downloading and running Malwarebytes.
It should take care of most issues.
