Build to go with i7 4770k?

I dont know if anyone is still active on this thread but I would like to know what would be a good build to go with my cpu i7 4770

im on a 1500 dollar budget and plan on doing alot of video editing using visual effects

I can probably get a 4770K into the budget, but I think an i5 4670K will be more than enough. The i7 wont help that much. If anything, it could help speed up rendering, but not by much. In order to recommend a build, I need to know what software you will be using . I need the exact versions (example: Adobe CS6).

Intel is usually dominant in the video editing field. But once I get a response on what software he is using, I can judge which would be better.
