C:\system volume information\_restore cleaning help

I am helping a friend get rid of some viruses/malware/adware.

I am following the 8 step process. I haven't posted the HJT log because MBAM keeps detecting 15 files labeled (ADWARE.MYWEBSEARCH) in
C:\system volume information\_restore

I have searched the internet for plausable instructions to do this but I want to hear from my heroes first

Delete all temp files:
Temp File Cleaner

Turn off System Restore by going to Control Panel, System, Advanced... Turn it back on. Run the scans once more after a restart
