I have this result http://prntscr.com/40gwi2

But everybody else who lives in the same area has this http://prntscr.com/40gw0v ?

both pictures were taken under my account

I would rather guess it is the Internet. Seeings you have tried a couple of other computers.

Have you tried to browse the page in different browsers? as it maybe a possible browser cookie related issue.

The GOG dudes replied to my email, here it is:

Hello

Thank you for notification. We are aware of that problem and currently working on fix. It is connected with wrong interpretation of some IP addresses and assigning users to incorrect geo-location. I apologize for the inconvenience.
