You have 3 threads on cameras. You've been given solid advice in the other 2. My suggestion is go to www.dpreview.com and see what they have to say.

I know they're full of solid advice, but my questions haven't really been answered. But I went in store and tried out the Panasonic Lumic FS35 and I've settled on it, it's everthing I want from a camera, with 2 setbacks; the software is slower than my Kodak Easyshare C195, and you cannot zoom in or out while recording.
