Can I tell what's running when my HDD is active?

Is there a way to tell what is running when the HDD led is active in Windows 7?

He want's to know WHAT is running not IF it's running... Try Task Manager, sort by CPU usage, go to the top of the list to see whats taking up the most CPU. There are other utilities as well.

Also checkout OpenedFilesView to view a list of

> Which process has which files open

And you can sort to get an alphabetized sorted view by filename, full path name, or process name
