Can my MOBO run newer/mid-old graphics cards?

Hey guys, I'm new to this forum and I have a small doubt about my MOBO, I want to know if my mobo can run the newer graphics cards like gtx 1050 or mid graphics cards like gt 1030/gtx 750ti, in mobo have one slot pcie-16x but I don't know the version, so can you help me?

PC config:
Processor: i5 2400 3.1ghz
memory ram: 6gb ddr3 ecc
Fonte: 500W c3tech
hd : 500gb 7200rpm

Sandybridge is PCIe 2.0 but Graphics cards are backwards compatible so to answer your question yes you can install a GTX1050 you could install whatever card you wanted.
 
You be good running a a 750ti. look around and see if anyone is running a 1050ti on your type of cpu setup.
 
Bring back a screenshot of cpu-z I'm really curious of what generation cpu core i7 you have on that alien-ware system.
