Can my PC handle any Graphics card?

Hi im planning to get myself a graphics card. to play games like arma 3 on max graphic or any othergame.
can I install any good graphics card to my pc?
Processor: -ADM A10-5700 APU with Radeon(tm) HD graphics.
-(4 cpu) 3.40 GHz
-8 GB Ram
-64 bit windows 8.1

DISPLAY-- -dac type: internal dac(400MHz)
AMD Radeon HD 8470
Monitor. generic PnP Monitor

We will need more info then that. If your computer is a Dell, HP or something like that please give us the Model number. if you don't know please try to open your computer and take a picture of the inside of the case. Also make sure get a close up on the PSU ( box inside of your computer with a lot the cables coming out of it) it should be in the top back or bottom back of the computer.
