Can you recognize this build? (for genious)

So, there's a guy who wants to sell me this build, he won't give out any info somewhat, the pc was laying for over a year without any use, so... the price seemed OK but he lets you have it without any info.

if you could briefly guess or try to recognize the specs of this PC and tell me if it's worth it or not, I'd be pleased! and thank you. - he asks for around 300usd.

Won't give out any info??? That would be a "no thanks, dawg" from me. The High Power brand PSU doesn't bowl me over either; the whole strikes me as being $300 for what seems like pointless gas struts in an otherwise generic looking PC case, as there is no guarantee whatsoever that the contents of the case are (a) working and (b) of a decent spec.

Thinking this might contain a z77+i7 3770k+16gb g.skill+custom cooling+660ti isn't tempting at all for a 300usd price? Well, I was thinking the guy was too lazy to try and turn the thing on to get the exact specs, maybe he got it from someone and doesn't really know a lot about operating or pricing it.

I completely understand your way of thinking and it is highly appreciated that you brought it up this way and not let others get fooled by bad people trying to sell a pig in a poke. But let's say it would've contained the list above, would it then be worth the price?
