Cannot find wireless router of my home

I cannot find my router on my laptop as I can see other wireless routers, every time configure the wireless network it is there as switch of the laptop the wireless network goes away ,plz help me with it

If you see others, then it's not a 'switch' issue. The router can however, not broadcast the SSID and thus not be visible to anyone.
Login and on the wifi settings, enable Broadcast SSID.
