I follow the eight steps to remove the virus in my system, but the only one which worked was Malwarebytes' Antimalware. It detected the files, but I still can't go into safe mode running SafeBootKeyRepair.

I don't know what more to make windows go into Windows Safe Mode (F8).

From Elibagle I got the .log (see InfoSat.txt) and from SafeBootKeyRepair I got the .log (see SafebootRepair.txt).

Could you help me out?

Thanks in advance!

Alex.

If you went thu the 8 Steps then where are the logs that were supposed to be attached?

Open MBAM and click Logs. Attach all logs back here.

Open SAS click Preferences-Statistics/logs and attach them back also!

What you had is very important insight on how to continue.

After the above logs are sent, only then do the below, this should fix the Safe mode!

Left Drag mouse and Copy for Pasting all text in the box below. Make sure the slider bar goes to bottom from the @ to the end of the second exit.

Then paste to the black screen of an open command prompt. All may not apply so ignore errors.

Code:
@echo off
cd\

This should run and exit!

It is a coverall and you may see a few errors related to it addressing something you do not need. This is normal ignore.

Forgot attachment

I'm sorry.

Actually I have forgotten only one attachment (apart from the two I sent). From the other programs mentioned in the 8 steps I could only run MalwareBytes'Anti-malware.

Attached follows the log of this software.

OK then!

If you do my last post exactly as I posted it will then allow you to complete the 8 Steps.

But first since MBAM is running UPDATE it and run again as it found and removed some real baddies and will likely find more on the next run.

Each step you clean the more things return to normal. So another run with MBAM could fix many things. So do it!

Blue Screen

I did what you asked me to do, ran malwarebytes' anti-malware again, tried to recover safe mode with SafeBootKeyRepair, but when I try to go into safe mode I got a BLUE SCREEN. It says to check my hard drive. I checked it on reboot, but no errors came.

Do not try to force Safe Mode! The Malware has done this!

I will tell you when and how to fix Safe Mode.

We are not working on Safe Mode now. We are working on what caused it.

Now get me the logs if you want this fixed, and my help!

Solved

Dear,

I had posted all the logs I had. Thank you for your patience!

Anyway, I got to solve using another software Combofix.exe (I had to change the name to combo-fix.exe for it to work).

Unfortunately, the whole step is in Portuguese in forum.clubedohardware.com.br.

I still advise you go thu the 8 Steps. I am sure Safe Mode is fixed and some of the Malware is gone but not all!

Your ball!

Had some errands to run.

Ok good job!

Run HJT select the below to Fix
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {761497BB-D6F0-462C-B6EB-D4DAF1D92D43} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {A057A204-BACC-4D26-9990-79A187E2698E} - (no file)
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {A057A204-BACC-4D26-9990-79A187E2698E} - (no file)
O9 - Extra button: Messenger - {FB5F1910-F110-11d2-BB9E-00C04F795683} - C:\Arquivos de programas\Messenger\msmsgs.exe (file missing)
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Windows Messenger - {FB5F1910-F110-11d2-BB9E-00C04F795683} - C:\Arquivos de programas\Messenger\msmsgs.exe (file missing)

O23 - Service: AVG Free8 WatchDog (avg8wd) - Unknown owner - C:\ARQUIV~1\AVG\AVG8\avgwdsvc.exe (file missing)

Looks OK so far so do the below and if nothing found we are finished.

Download SDFix to Desktop.

http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe

On Desktop run SDdFix It will run (install) then close.

Then reboot into Safe Mode

As the computer starts up, tap the F8 key several times.

On the Boot menu Choose Safe Mode.

Click thu all the prompts to get to desktop.

At Desktop
My Computer C: drive. Double-click to open.

Look for a folder called SD Fix. Double-click to enter SD Fix.

Double-click to RunThis.bat. Type Y to begin.

SD Fix does its job.

When prompted hit the enter key to restart the computer

Your computer will reboot.

On normal restart the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then say Finished,
Hit the Enter key to end the script and load your desktop icons.

Once the desktop is up, the SDFix report will open on screen and also be saved to the SDFix folder as Report.txt.
Attach the Report.txt file to your next post.

Download ComboFix

NOTE: If you have had ComboFix more than a few days old delete and re-download.

Get it here: https://www.techspot.com/downloads/5587-combofix.html
Or here: http://subs.geekstogo.com/ComboFix.exe

Double click combofix.exe follow the prompts.

Install Recovery Console if connected to the Internet!

When finished, it will open a log.
Attach the log and a new HJT log in your next reply.

Note: Do not click combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall.

Mike

OK good job!

Run HJT scan only select and Fix the below
O2 - BHO: WormRadar.com IESiteBlocker.NavFilter - {3CA2F312-6F6E-4B53-A66E-4E65E497C8C0} - (no file)
O23 - Service: AVG Free8 WatchDog (avg8wd) - Unknown owner - C:\ARQUIV~1\AVG\AVG8\avgwdsvc.exe (file missing)

Another run indicated!
OK there were found/removed items in ComboFix so we need to run again as the first run likely exposed things that were not even seen the first time.

So run ComboFix again. Attach log!

We are finished if the above is clean so how bout a status report on how computer is running.
