I uninstalled and re installed as per the guide yet no change.
I have done some searching and some ppl have had this issue. I have seen uninstalling remedy the issue, changing some settings in about:config, starting browser in safe mode and resetting Firefox to fix the problem of which I have not tried yet. I thought a fresh install would equate to a reset?
I thank you again for you time and patience, if you could help me with this minor issue I would appreciate it.
