Cannot uninstall Corsair ICUE program

Hi all, I could do with some advice I have installed the the Corsair ICUE 3.38.61 monitoring program on a win 7 64 bit OS, it was working fine monitoring CPU, FANS etc until booted I up today, and now it is only detecting the dashboard is showing my Corsair PSU but nothing else. I thought maybe a glitch and I could re-install it but when I try to uninstall (through control panel and other third party software also) I have a dialogue box telling me another install is in progress and I have to wait until finished? I am not intentionally installing anything Does anyone have an answer.

Try booting into safe mode and uninstalling it....
