Can't access any products related to google such as google.com, gmail, youtube... on all browsers

  1. A month ago, I thought that my PC was infected by malware when the ads just pop-up when I surfed the Internet, so I installed some anti-malware program such as: Malwarebytes anti-malware, Hitman pro, Adware cleaner, Avast. After that, I could use the Internet normally.
However, a week ago I could not access any google website such as google.com, youtube.com or gmail.com....This situation happened on all the browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE). I often got the errors like these: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT or SSL or ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED. I can access other websites normally, and another PC at my house can access google without any problems at all.
So I type tracert www.google.com on cmd and I got this result:
    screen result.
Can't access to gmail and google drive me crazy because I need to use these websites everyday. Therefore, could anyone please help me to solve this problem? Many many thanks in advance.
