Cant access USB Hard Drive

I have recently had to do a clean reinstall of Windows 7 and can't get it to recognise my Seagate USB Hard Drive. I previously downloaded Ubuntu and used the USB drive to dual install it on my computer and wonder if it has corrupted the drive? The drive shows up in the boot menu and also in Devices as an expansion disc but not in file manager.

Hmm; install from Ubuntu was likely to alter the USB formatting.

Boot Ubuntu, mount the USB and use GPART to verify the partition formatting seen.

Unfortunately because of a major Hack I have had to wipe and reinstall windows 7. Is there a way I can do it without reinstalling Ubuntu which caused the problem in the first place. Before it would only install from the USB Hard Drive.
