Can't connect to the interent with IE7 after virus

Hi I got a virus a couple of weeks ago while visiting a website Webroot found it and took care of it. But afterward I could not connect to the internet. I restored my computer to a date prior to the virus but still it doesn't work. I've flushed the dns and reset winsock but still no go. Here's the log from Hijackthis. Can someone please help!!!
