Can't copy a corrupted excel file

i have an excel file which seems to be corrupt, i can't open, microsoft excel can't repair either. i tried copying it to a flash drive, but it gave a cyclic redundancy error. i can only move it from one folder to another within my OS but can't access or copy it to a network drive or usb stick.
i need help pls, since the file is really important to me!!

You could try the latest openSource Open Office 2.4 calc. Free download. You will find it a very, very close clone of excel, able to output pdf direct and lots more .... Including being able to open Excel files that Excel CANNOT.
