Can't copy from Desktop to memory stick

Hi,

I am hoping that you can help me as I have tried running Antivirus and malware programs and have found nothing to fix the problem.

When I try and copy anything from the desktop to my memory key my computer shuts down with an unexpected error.

Get a command prompt and enter EVENTVWR. MSC

then inspect the SYSTEM events for errors
 
Tried this but nothing there, but when I start my PC after it shuts down I get this message

Go to C:\windows\minidump. Minidump files have a .dmp extension. Select all the .dmp files. Right-click sending the files to a compressed(zipped)folder. Upload this folder as a file here...

I have looked in the minidump folder and there is nothing showing in it?

I have found the files as they get deleted when I clean the computer

Some time has passed here... Are you still getting the blue screens at the start of the computer?
 
I only get the blue screen when I have my memory key inserted and try to copy files onto it that is when I get the blue screen.

Yes I have tried other memory keys and the same happens.. Yes the memory keys are USB flash drives.

Also in open Action centre it says solve a problem with Intel Graphics driver and when you click on it you get this

I have tried coping the file again and it says File not found or no read permissions?

Any ideas what this means?

PS could this message be because of a firewall or a piece of anti spyware software?
