Cant download using Internet Explorer Or Firefox

Im running vista if it helps.


It seems everytime i try to download something it gets stuck at 0% and says completed and nothing happens, any ideas?

Note: just thought id add that my antivrus has no trouble updating from the net, and my games play online.

Well, what should happen after a download completes? In my experience, nothing happening is the Right Thing. You navigate to the folder where you downloaded the file to and do stuff to it manually.

As for the progress being 0% and then jumping to 100%.. This is probably caused by your "user friendly" antivirus that is scanning every download.
