Can't find drivers for TW-EA500

Hi!

So I would need to flash my ADSL modem but I can't find any
updates/drivers/anything for it. There is a USB port on it and
when I connect it to the computer it installs something,
"Conexant USB Network Device" and "Conexant USB Network
Interface" but I can't get access to the modem...

So where to find and how to do?
