cant get on safe mode to fix blue screen problem dont have istall cd the error code is oxoooooo7b. is there away to fix it with out a istall cd?

What OS do have, the error code you are referring to covers a few things.

Does it say INACCESSABLE_BOOT_DEVICE
if so it could be a boot sector virus. HD contoller.

my OS is windows xp

my OS is windows xp. the problem is that windows trys to load up but it shows the blue screen then goes away fast, and then trys to boot up again. the code that im getting it says. Stop: oxoooooo7b (oxF7AEA524, oxcooooo34,oxoooooooo,oxoooooooo) but i never recieved a installation cd when i bought the laptop.

Do you have a recovery cd at all if so try using that if not you may need a live cd to get into windows do you have another PC you can use do download live cd because you will need to download iso files to cd.
