Can't visit www.hotmail.com but can visit other sites

When i try to go to hotmail or xinmsn's website, a blank page with nothing at all will appear on my computer. (I wanted to attach a image but I've insufficient posts :/)

I'm using Windows 7.

I need to send a email urgently and i've tried Google Chrome, Safari & Firefox. Any solutions?

maybe it a virus or malware
what AV are u runing?
did u try reinstalling ur browsers, or clearing their cache,history ect?

Does AV stands for anti virus? I'm using AVG.
Yep, this happened for a few days already.. I thought it was a temporary error until today.. I guess it has happened for about 3-5 days already. I've also cleared my cache & history..
