I kitted my case out with the rounded IDE cables and alot of the wires i can hide next to the 5 1/4" bays but i always have a problem hiding the odd few wires (usually from my case fans) but i advise getting the rounded IDE cables and the wire twists

This is my case I have the same power supply as you 1000cc I have a tsunami case, ultra power supply and I tried to make the inside as neat as possible but the power supply cables are a lil hard to manage
