Cdd.dll and win32.sys BSOD

Hi
I recently installed windows 7 ultimate build 7600, and I have had a 3 bluescreens randomly.

Two were caused by win32,sys, and one by cdd.dll.

Could it be bitdefender? (As when I boot, it says bitdefender has known compatability issues with win7).

I stress tested the ram recently, and it came out fine.
Also got the same bsod overnight as my pc was downloading a 5 gig file, not Ive got to start again (100kb/s = 12 hour download, fml).
