Change start up programs

my Dell optiflex 750 ,windows vista, when it starts up the computer status window (where u see how much memory etc you have) pops up at every start up. How do I disable this? I have went to msconfig to change the start up programs but I don't know which is the window I want to disable.

In your user profile \users\yourLogin\Start Menu\Programs\Startup are links specific to YOU.
You can delete any / all of these without harming your system.

Are you referring to the Task Manager? Do a right click on the Taskbar> Choose Task Manager. Is that the same thing?

Click on Options and If 'always on top' is checked, uncheck that and use 'hide when minimized' instead. The above shows the contents on the Processes tab.
