Clean install of XP Home without qualifying product

I don't want to make this a long story--I am famous for that in other boards.

Is there any way to install an Upgrade of XP as a clean install without a qualifying product? I have registered 95,98,NT4.0 XP and Vista over the years. All the disks are gone except for XP and Vista--I don't want to install Vista unless there is just no other option.

I don't want to have to buy another disk just for verification.

I guess that is one option. Unfortunately I do not know anyone with a valid XP install disk.

I was thinking that I could format my drive and copy just enough files from my other computer(it's a dell and yes it did come with XP home but it only works on that computer.

You would think that with all the versions of windows that I have purchased I would have at least one install CD hidden away somewhere..... Well with four kids under the age of 8, I am lucky that I have any CD's left at all.
