[Closed] Virus and Safe Mode not helping

My friend currently has a virus, she can't post on here because her keyboard isn't working. A process called 1085553197:3536145343.exe is running, even in Safe Mode. And she can't end it. Malware Bytes also is not running, it stops scanning after 5 seconds and closes. It's one of those fake anti viruses. Any help is appreciated.

Posting the same problem in multiple forums is discouraged. Expecting multiple malware helpers to work on your problem is very inconsiderate.
