CMD always Pop up EVERY 5 Minutes

Always pop up every 5 minutes . . . my avast anti virus moved it to quarantine and I cannot restore it . . . what can I do so that this thing will not pop up anymore and restore the missing file . . . cause I think this file is missing . . . because of my anti virus . . . plsss help me THANKS

Hi Your post is very confusing. What did Avast move to quarantine? What are you trying to restore. What file do you think is missing? Did Avast find malware on your PC? Are you able to scan with Avast? Are you able to boot into Windows and use your PC?

It is clear that some autorun program is left in the registry and attempting to access its servant code.
