Color Grading on Dell UltraSharp U3223QE 31.5" 4K UHD WLED LCD Monitor

Hello all,

Just wondering if anyone has experience color grading on the Dell UltraSharp U3223QE 31.5" 4K UHD WLED LCD Monitor? I am a filmmaker, brand new to color grading and am working with a small budget. But I don't want to end up with something that will produce bad results on industry standard screens.
