Computer crashes during reset

My computer always boots up and then goes to the ASO menu, it is windows 10, and it crashed during a computer reset.

Hi I'm not sure what you're saying. Are you saying you can't reset windows? Are you able to boot into windows?
If reset doesn't work, you may need to reinstall windows. You can create the media tool here. Let us know how things go.
