I believe you can add fans to Videocards, check this website: www.newegg.com and go to Videocard Accessories

Also what do you want from recommendations? A new videocard / CPU or fans for it?

There's your problem right there... VIA K8T800 chipset.. Total and absolute garbage for gaming.

I'm assuming you have the most recent ATI Catalyst drivers installed.. and you have used Driver Cleaner for uninstalling any previous drivers you may have tried.

If you have the Catalyst 6.11's installed, open the CCC and look for the section titles "SmartGART".. here, slide the AGP down to 4x, and make sure that "Fast Writes" is unchecked. It will want to reboot to test the settings- do so. Upon reboot, revist the CCC and ensure the 4x and FastWrites disabled stuck/saved properly.. then try your games.
