Computer keeps freezing (Dell Inspiron 8200) here's my Hijack this log

Please take a look and let me know if there is anything out of the ordinary. I don't know why my computer keeps freezing. This has just started in the past few weeks. I've run Adaware, Norton and Spybot. nothing.
