I was on the internet, and talking to a friend on skype when my computer just shut off. When i tried to power it back on it did not respond, i unplugged the power supply, and replugged it, and when i tried to turn it back on i see the fans rotate a little, the the computer shuts back off. it is not even booting up. please help me.
