You will need to attach all three logs when through.
Regarding the current HijackThis log:
You can open the log and check ALL f the processes showing no name-CLSID-no file although it probably won't do much good at this point.
He is running Bit Comet, Lime wire so he can expect malware. We'll know more after seeing the other logs. There are numerous entries to be removed. One reason he's slow-even without the malware is because there are so many processes loading on boot.
