Computer running slowly

My son has loaded a lot of stuff on my computer. It's not responding very well. I think I may have some malware that is slowing it down. Can you look at my Hijack log and tell me what i can remove? Thank you.

I ran the ccleaner and downloaded Malwarebytes and Superantispyware. Now my desktop has disappeared. Can someone please help!!

Hi,

Can you please complete the following.
You are in fact infected with a Worm.
Can you right click the hijack-this icon and rename the shortcut to something other than Hijack-this eg the common example crusty.exe but don't rescan yet.

Can you also complete the other points in the 8 step process eg Malwarebytes and Superantispyware and post the logs.

Then can you re scan with Hijack-this.

As for your desktop it will either be due to the infection or your PC not responding. Just try a reboot.

At your blank desktop hit Ctrl Alt Del and "if" taskmgr pops up then clik File-New Task (Run...)

Clik OK
