Computer runs like a snail after failed Hibernate

Usually when I Hibernate, it takes the computer 10-15 seconds to shut off. So I went to sleep. When I came back the next morning, the computer was off, but it said that the Hibernation failed and only gave me the option to delete the restoration data and startup as normal.

So I started it up. I usually wait maybe a minute for all the startup programs to load. But now, everything takes much longer to load. Not only this, but I can not open Mozilla Firefox at all. It briefly shows the loading cursor, but nothing opens. Other programs can open, but it takes MUCH longer than usual. I can barely scroll over the quick launch without the computer having a massive freeze. I can't open the Start Menu without it freezing, so I can't access the Control Panel.

Please help. It was working just fine before I Hibernated last night.
