Computer shuts down after initial OS load, turns itself back on and proceeds to load

windows 7 just fine. It doesn't cycle, it just shuts down the one time after POST/Loading OS then after it turns itself back on after a few seconds, it goes into Windows just fine. Seems to be a unique problem as I have yet to find an answer.

This is a newly built computer and everything checks out fine besides this glitch.
