Computer slow and freezing

[FONT=verdana]My laptop is running really slow and after about 8 minutes or so it completely freezes. I have already run mbam and found that it had some infected files which I cleaned but it still eventually freezes up after a few minutes of logging in. I have also stopped some programs from starting up when logging in to see if that would help but it didnt. I also did a system restore to see if that fixed the problem but it didnt. Im not sure if it is still infected or if it is something else. It runs fine in safe mode.[/FONT]

Can you perform a Factory Restore? Factory Restores differ from system restores in that they return the laptop to like it was when you first took it out of it's box. Because it works in Safe Mode but not in normal mode, malware has probably corrupted a driver as well as other things
