Computer stuck, can't even do the 8 steps

hey. i got help from techspot about a month ago, but my problems seems to be more serious this time...
when i start up, my computer is very slow. i can't click on desktop icons, and i don't seem to be able to access the internet.
malwarebytes wouldn't run in normal mode - i rebooted in safe mode and am running a malwarebytes scan in safemode now.
any ideas on how to access the internet? i have ie, firefox, and chrome installed.

Safe Mode With Networking?
